Carlitos is the second dog that came into PPR care by way of its new partnership with a group of rescue volunteers that in Mexico. He was found wandering the streets when he was only 3 months old. He is believed to be a Chihuahua/Portuguese Podengo Pequeno blend; regardless of his breed, he is just plain cute! In spite of being abandoned at such a young age, he trusts people and is very sweet (one of PPR’s vets describes him as a “big, loveable dork.” Adopter Nikolai was looking for a companion dog, and Carlitos fit his wants and needs perfectly. Carlitos now has new name, Archer, to go along with his new home (in his new country) and new life. Welcome home, Carlitos/Archer!
