Adopters John & Dinah have a soft spot in their hearts for dogs with special needs. They have adopted three special needs dogs from PPR, Cari makes four. Cari has settled in with her new fur-siblings, Zoe, Zelda and Little Kitty, who welcomed her with open paws. Sweet Cari is home now, fortunate to be counted among John and Dinah’s treasured family members.
