Can you say ‘Love at first sight’ five times fast? Well, Teeny-tiny Bixby’s foster parents, Dolly and Ron, could and they have made him a permanent member of their family! Both Ron and Dolly love senior pupsters and could not resist Bixby’s charms. All three are as happy as can be and are looking forward to many years of fun and love.
