Baxter is a Shih-Tzu Maltese blend boy, he was brought into PPR care after his owner had passed away. Baxter is a very sweet dog that truly enjoys having the company of other dogs. Lucky for him, his bio caught the attention of adopter Gayle, who was looking for a companion for her dog, who is just about Baxter’s size. Feedback suggests Baxter and his buddy are now the best of friends and life is good for this happy family.
