Teresa has been volunteering with PPR since 2015, happily accepting many dogs into her home as a foster mom and she is also a Foster Coordinator. Teresa is a two time “foster failure” and has a Hound blend girl named Wilma and a Chihuahua boy named Theo, both from PPR.
“My favorite part of volunteering is the emotional reward when dogs are adopted and find their forever homes. I also love getting kisses and snuggles when they feel safe with you. I love being on the PPR team, meeting new people and seeing all the friends that I’ve made along with way that help to make PPR run smoothly. In my free time, I love fitness and exercise and I really enjoy cooking and baking for my family. I’m married to my husband, Ken, and we have two children, Owen and Kaitlyn.” – Teresa
