I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Wiley is a 12 year old Maltese-Bichon mix whose previous owner attempted to dump him at a local shelter after hours. Luckily a volunteer was there and able to take Wiley and reach out to PPR for help. Poor Wiley is so confused as to why he was abandoned after 12 years.
