I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Noel is senior that came into the shelter as a stray – filthy, terribly matted, couldn’t even recognize what breed she was. She was probably an unscrupulous breeder throw away – all signs point to her being over bred and then abandoned. Noel needs a lot of veterinary care and TLC.
