I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Hi there, I’m Rosie! I came into Animal Control as a stray. They say it is apparent I have been severely neglected for a long time because my skin, ears and right eye are in awful shape. I’m 8.6 lbs and only about 4 years old – too young to be in this shape! I’m going to need lots of vetting and TLC. I need a sponsor to help me blossom into the dog I’m supposed to be.
