I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Roscoe is a one year old Westie-Beagle mix who was living outside on a farm with his brother Alfredo. The former owners were unable to care for the brothers and asked PPR to find them loving homes. They have never received veterinary care or been groomed and will be in need of some TLC. Can you sponsor Roscoe so that we can get him looking and feeling his best?
