Meet LT. Because of their happy and loving behavior, there are dogs that you can tell were beloved members of a family and LT is one of those dogs. Sadly, LT was surrendered to Animal Control when his owner went into hospice care. Ordinarily such a nice dog might have a good chance of being adopted, but LT’s body is full of tumors.
