I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Charlie is a male senior Pekingese who wound up at Animal Control. He is an underweight and very neglected stray with numerous medical issues. He is suffering from a nostril disease where the front part of his nose is missing. He was so matted he needed to be shaved and his skin is badly infected.
