Bebe is a five year old Shih Tzu – Terrier mix whose owner is going to be homeless and needs help. It seems that Bebe and her two pups, Nikki and Peanut, were living outside and have not received any basic veterinary care. Are you able to donate towards the cost of Bebe’s care?
