Poor Pops was left confused, alone, and filthy at a local shelter. A shelter is no place for an elderly dog with medical conditions. He has no teeth, dry eye, and a bad heart, but he is the happiest little love bug around. Pops is 12 years old and weighs in at a small but mighty 6 lbs. PPR made a commitment to Pops to make the best of whatever time he has left. He has doting forever foster parents, John and Dinah that make sure every day is a loving one for little Pops.
