Maddie found her way to Poodle and Pooch after she was brought to a local shelter with a broken pelvis and unable to move her back legs. On top of not being able to walk, poor Maddie had severely infected eyes and skin. Unfortunately, one eye was not healing and needed to be removed. After a few months of recovering with her devoted foster mom, Maddie slowly started using her back legs. Now, she enjoys going on walks with foster mom, Lynn. Maddie still has some skin issues that are managed with prescription medication and some GI issues that are also monitored through PPR. Thanks to her loving foster mom, Maddie gets tons of affection and attention! Happy tails for Maddie!
