Livie was picked up as stray, roaming around a neighborhood all alone. Once she made her way to PPR, we discovered that Livie has a large hernia that would be incredibly challenging to repair. She also has a heart condition, making it too risky to put her under anesthesia. We decided to let Livie live out her days as a Permanent Resident with PPR. She has a dedicated foster mom that ensures Livie is getting her important heart medication multiple times a day. Thank you, Joyce, for opening up your home and giving Livie the best life.
